All services provided are strictly limited to document preparation based solely on information supplied by the client. We do not interpret laws, advise on legal rights or remedies, or recommend specific legal actions.
No attorney-client relationship is created by use of this website or engagement of our services. If legal advice, legal analysis, or representation is required, you must consult a licensed attorney.
We provide non-legal document preparation and administrative support services only.
Services may include, but are not limited to:
- Preparation of Qualified Written Requests (QWRs)
- Drafting demand letters based on client-provided information
- Assembling documentation packets
- Formatting and organizing supporting documentation for client submission
We do not:
- Provide legal advice or legal interpretation
- Represent clients in court, mediation, arbitration, or administrative proceedings
- Negotiate with lenders, creditors, servicers, or third parties
- File documents on behalf of clients
- Act as an agent, fiduciary, or representative
- Guarantee acceptance, approval, or favorable outcomes
Stellar One Solutions is not affiliated with any federal, state, or local government agency, lender, financial institution, or mortgage servicer.
Stellar One Solutions makes no warranties or guarantees regarding success, approval, denial, modification, settlement, foreclosure prevention outcome, or any other result related to documents prepared.
All final decisions are made solely by third parties, including lenders, servicers, courts, government entities, or regulatory agencies.
Client acknowledges that document preparation alone does not determine outcomes and that results vary based on individual circumstances.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
All fees are disclosed in writing prior to service engagement. Fees are typically charged on a flat-fee basis unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
Payment is required before services begin.
Clients may cancel services within two (2) business days of engagement for a full refund, provided document preparation work has not commenced.
Once services have begun, fees may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on the portion of work completed. Administrative, consultation, and processing time may be included when determining completed work.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed in accordance with this policy.
Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without first requesting a written resolution may result in termination of services and collection actions where permitted by law.
Clients agree to:
- Provide complete, accurate, and truthful information
- Disclose all material facts relevant to their situation
- Submit required documentation in a timely manner
- Carefully review all prepared documents before signing or submitting
- Independently file and submit documents to appropriate parties
- Follow up directly with lenders, agencies, or relevant entities
Stellar One Solutions is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate, incomplete, or omitted information provided by the client.
Failure to provide required documentation or communication may result in delays or termination of services without refund where work has been performed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stellar One Solutions shall not be liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages
- Loss of income, opportunity, credit score impact, or financial loss
- Decisions made by third parties
- Delays caused by lenders, agencies, or external parties
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Stellar One Solutions is a private, independent document preparation company.
We are not affiliated with the United States Government, any state government, HUD, FHA, VA, your lender, or your loan servicer.
Clients may apply directly to lenders or government programs at no cost. You are not required to use our services to apply for any program.
Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Stellar One Solutions, its owners, employees, contractors, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- False, misleading, or incomplete information provided by the client
- Client misuse of prepared documents
- Client failure to follow instructions
- Third-party decisions or actions
Any dispute arising from services provided shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal written negotiation.
If unresolved, disputes shall be governed by the laws of the state in which Stellar One Solutions is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Client agrees that any legal proceeding shall be filed in the appropriate courts within that jurisdiction.
All personal information is collected, stored, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
